Missing Pieces: Poetry & Prose

Realizing that grief and loss are human conditions we all must face, Quillkeepers Press (QKP) wanted to find a way to honor the loved ones we’ve lost as a collective. We also wanted to share a message to all those grieving in silence that they are not alone. QKP hopes to shed some light that not everyone grieves the same, healing isn’t linear, and there is no wrong way to grieve or honor our departed. Hundreds of writers heard the call, and within this compilation are a few of their accounts. Some participants are professional writers, while others are those who found a way of conveying their grief through the written word. Either way, both voices deserve a seat at the table. Lastly, we hope this collection honors those we’ve lost and comforts those still grieving.
